Applause app not working for me

I love this app and I was so excited to be able to audition for all of these great opportunities! So I sent in my audition for high school musical 4, but Im very confused because Im not sure how I will be contacted by the casting directors if they liked me. The app didnt ask for any of my contact information, so Im very confused and worried they wont be able to contact me. Id like if the app made it specific of how youre supposed to be contacted of those sort of things! And also Im having the same problem as most of the other people with the app. It hasnt been letting me get on the app because of a "bad connection" but my wifi works perfectly fine and Im scared I might miss a notification or something if I cant get on the app! So please fix these problems for me and everyone else as soon as possible please!
